PT. Sinergi Merah Putih and Telkom Purwokerto Institute of Technology (ITTP) have currently run an interesting collaboration in the development of Website Builder projects with the initial aim of supporting the marketing of Tourism Villages. Tourism Village is a very valuable potential for the surrounding community. However, they often face obstacles in promoting and expanding the range of information about the tourist destinations they offer. This will bring great benefits to tourism villages, such as an increase in the number of visitors, the introduction of certain tourist villages, and an increase in economic income.
This Website Builder Project collaboration has been discussed more deeply on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, located in Batu Raden, Purwokerto. The meeting was attended by representatives from PT. Sinergi Merah Putihas well as several representatives of ITTP lecturers and students involved in making Website Builder. The event began with the opening by Mr. Tomy Sekar Mehta as a representative of PT. Sinergi Merah Putih and Mr. Yudha Saintika S.T., M.T.I., a representative lecturer from ITTP. After that, the event continued with a presentation by Mr. Panji Setiawan who discussed the technicalities in the project, the project development phase, and the teams that will be involved in the development process. Collaboration between PT. The synergy between Merah Putih and ITTP in the Website Builder project that aims to support tourism village marketing is a clear example of how information technology can be used as a tool to advance the local tourism sector.
