Our UMB Platform
Our UMB Platform solution have capability to separate the module of USSD GW and Menu Management in different sites, USSD GW to be deployed decentralized meanwhile Menu management will be centralized. This should include integration with external surrounding (southbound & northbound) and might include additional module/function that will support future business case (e.g. SIP protocol to support IMS integration). Our solution provides multiple environments for USSD service, so when we test new feature in preprod won't affect running USSD production environment.

Our USSD Gateway are using HTTP or SMPP protocol between gateway and Telco Service Modules or applications. USSD gateway may interact with billing to get subscriber’s balance via Diameter connector.

USSD information is sent from subscriber mobile handset directly to application platform handling service.

Users can view the transactions for reporting. Transaction messages from the customer are also stored in the database, and if necessary can be viewed easily.
